Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Grapes and Walnuts

Here is the first recipe I’ve posted straight from the cavegirl kitchen. I made this for my family and it was a huge hit.


  • 3 cups of brussel sprouts sliced in 1/2 or 1/3 depending on how big they are (try to make them all even for best cooking)
  • 3 cups red seedless grapes
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp evoo
  • 4 springs of fresh thyme
  • salt & pepper to taste


Mix everything together in a bowl then spread out on cookie sheet (I lined mine with a sil pat)


Cook in 400 F preheated oven for 20 minutes
